In this study, ,supercritical, carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) ,extraction, was applied for ,extraction, of oil from Roselle seeds at temperature range of 40°C to 80°C and pressure of 20 MPa to 30 MPa.

In this study, andrographolide from Andrographis paniculata were extracted applying technique of accelerated solvent ,extraction, (ASE). The extracts obtained were characterized by HPLC. The quantification method showed good linearity (r2= 0.9107) and precision (,RSD, < 5%) with low values of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) limits.

Duplicate laboratory analyses varied to a greater extent than field analyses (mean ,RSD, was 11.2%), probably due to the smaller sample size used for lab analysis (2 g versus 20 g).
